About The Position

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Language skills: English required

Nice To Haves

• Spanish, German, or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Quality team to uphold product and service standards.
• Assist in inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Learn and apply quality control procedures and protocols.
• Collect and analyze data on defect rates and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports summarizing quality performance.
• Support process improvement initiatives and maintain quality documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans).
• Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
