Requirements

• Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day production needs
• Spending time on the shop floor with operators and supervisors to understand and address quality challenges
• Assisting with problem-solving and root cause analysis to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
• Supporting and potentially leading projects focused on improving product quality
• Helping ensure that safety, timeliness, and quality remain top priorities throughout the manufacturing process
