  • Participate in process investigations by comparing documented Quality Management System (QMS) processes with current practices across multiple facilities
  • Support improvement efforts using structured problem-solving tools
  • Assist in process mapping, documentation, and standardization of key quality processes
  • Contribute to the development and testing of new quality engineering tools to enhance efficiency and consistency
  • Gather and analyze data to support root cause investigations and corrective actions
  • Work with team members to identify opportunities for process alignment and efficiency gains
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and provide timely support to the Quality team
  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering or comparable Engineering program
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Interest in process improvement and quality systems
  • Experience with process mapping or workflow documentation tools
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar)
  • Exposure to structured problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, PDAC, etc.)
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused role
