About The Position

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: Supporting and complying with the facilities safety guidelines, Supporting Manufacturing and Lean operations in problem solving activities, Analyzing data to determine trends in reoccurring issues in the manufacturing process and assembly functions, Analyzing warranty data to determine customer satisfaction trends across similar products, Coordinating with a cross-functional team to resolve product nonconformance, Conducting audits on previous corrective actions to determine effectiveness, Assisting with New Product Development on continuous improvement projects, Evaluating end-of-line and in-process testing and inspection processes.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar engineering discipline
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Desire to learn new skills and maintain knowledge of new technologies
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
