Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences or related field.

Nice To Haves

• Excel, data analysis and presenting data.
• Understanding of GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Help with revising quality processes and procedures and other command media.
• Understand what quality processes and procedures are required in the Aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Track open Corrective Actions.
• 8D RCCA process, corrective action plans and implementation.
• Determine root cause for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
• How to read mechanical and assembly drawings in a real-world application.
• Industry workmanship standards (IPC-610, IPC-620, J-STD-001).
• Analyze quality performance data for factory and collaborate with Operations Engineers to develop improvement plans for identified problem areas.
• Industry quality metrics and return to green planning.
• Perform internal audits.
• Quality Management System Requirements and required internal audits (AS9100, ISO9001:2015).
