We're searching for a Lehi, UT based Quality Engineer II to join our Engineering team, so that we can shift our quality assurance approach from detection to prevention across our healthcare credentialing platform. The Quality Engineer II will lead strategic quality initiatives and apply comprehensive testing methodologies to ensure our solutions deliver reliable, compliant software that enables safe provider onboarding for healthcare organizations worldwide.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Quality Engineer in software development environments
  • Proven success writing and executing automated test plans using modern quality engineering approaches
  • Working knowledge of API services, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and observability tools
  • Foundational programming skills to design, maintain, and debug automated test scripts in .NET
  • Sincere interest in working collaboratively to improve healthcare quality and patient safety through technology
  • Ability to commute to Lehi, UT office 4 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts in order to enhance test repeatability and accelerate release cycles
  • Apply risk-based testing methodologies to prioritize high-impact scenarios to proactively prevent defects in critical workflows
  • Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and collaborate with development teams in order to resolve defects and improve system stability
  • Implement quality metrics tracking and monitoring dashboards to provide visibility into defect trends, test coverage, and overall product quality
  • Engage with cross-functional teams during requirement analysis and design sessions in order to identify quality risks early and influence story readiness
