Monitor OEM warranty claims and part returns to identify opportunities for harness design and process improvement. Engage with APQP, engineering, manufacturing, SQA and current production as well as performing teardowns of returned harnesses to determine root cause and containment. Manage customer requirements for investigations, report-outs, etc. Some domestic and international travel required.
