About The Position

As a Quality Engineering II here at Honeywell, you will help shape our unwavering commitment to quality excellence. Supporting a team of dedicated quality engineers, you will ensure that high-quality products are consistently delivered to our customers. You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on an Onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the quality assurance processes by implementing robust quality control measures, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and measure quality standards and metrics. Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools and techniques to support quality initiatives.
  • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating understanding of quality challenges.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Ability to drive data-driven decisions and enhance quality assurance efforts.
  • Experience in Quality Management or a related field.
  • Experience with AS9100 or other quality management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of quality engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies, plans, and processes that form the backbone of our quality initiatives.
  • Conduct product and process audits to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance quality.
