The Quality Engineer I supports product and process quality across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain activities. This role performs hands-on quality tasks including inspections, nonconformance documentation, basic root cause analysis, and compliance to AS9100, NAVSEA, and customer requirements. Working under the guidance of senior quality engineers, the QE I helps drive continuous improvement, supports MRB activities, analyzes quality data, and ensures products meet technical and contractual specifications.
