The Quality Engineer II is responsible for Quality Improvement initiatives related to Customer, Site and Enterprise Quality Metrics. This role requires a self-directed individual with motivation to solve complex problems, ability to utilize Watlow Quality tools with focus on defect prevention, ability to identify trends and opportunities to improve process / product quality and the ability to communicate with and work closely with Customers as well as various functions within Watlow, including Leadership, Operations, Engineering (Development and Manufacturing), Supply Chain, Product/Account Management and Customer Service.
