Join our Maple Grove team as a Quality Engineer specializing in injection molding , where you’ll play a key role in upholding the highest standards in medical device manufacturing. This position offers hands-on experience with advanced molding technologies and opportunities to contribute directly to product quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is fully onsite at our Maple Grove, MN facility, requiring in-person presence five days per week. Requirements

  • Engineering degree or a science-based degree with 2–3 years of engineering experience.
  • 0–1 years of experience in an engineering role (recent graduates welcome).
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharma, aerospace).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Minitab, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and write nonconformance reports (NCRs) for product quality issues.
  • Lead and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and other quality-related projects.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and escalate quality signals.
  • Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external customers to resolve issues and drive quality improvements.
  • Support and author documentation including test methods, work instructions, and inspection procedures.
