Seeking an entry level Quality Engineer I. As a Quality Engineer, the individual is responsible for monitoring internal systems and facilitating improvement projects to enhance the quality performance of the Business Unit. They evaluate the adequacy of various systems to protect against misprocessing and make recommendations for improvements. Additionally, they identify the necessary participants to review and decide the quality status of materials in question. The role also involves evaluating the adequacy of management and support-oriented processes at the site to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, International Management System (IMS), Customer Specific requirements (CSA), and both local and international documents. This position requires frequent decision-making and has a significant impact on the organization's quality standards and overall performance.
