About The Position
The Quality Engineering Co-op offers a 6-8 month immersive experience for students seeking more than a typical internship. This program allows participants to step away from their academic studies and engage in real-world engineering challenges directly tied to the company's strategic objectives. Located at Watlow's manufacturing center of excellence (MCOE) in Columbia, Missouri co-op participants will work on impactful projects in quality management system process standardization, automated inspection and testing equipment selection and implementation, new quality systems and tools implementation, and product failure analysis and corrective action. They will have the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world manufacturing projects while collaborating closely with mentors and experienced engineers.
