Join the KC‑46 Quality team and play a mission‑critical role ensuring the safety, reliability, and global readiness of the Air Force's next‑generation refueling tanker. Lead quality innovation—driving root‑cause fixes, supplier excellence, drawing reviews, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), process surveillances, and MECR (Manufacturing Engineering Change Request) approvals—to implement world‑class quality systems and continuous improvement across the KC‑46 lifecycle.   • Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation.
  • Develops sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyzes capability assessments to support supplier selection activities.
  • Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.
  • Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
  • Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.
  • Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Compiles performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
  • Represents Quality function on team activities to integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.
  • Provides Quality interpretation of requirements.
  • Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities.
  • Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
  • Recommends corrective actions to address non-conformances.
  • Performs benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field.
  • 1+ years of automation testing experience.
  • 1+ years of experience working with quality systems (e.g. Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100)).
  • 3+ years of experience in defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
  • 3+ years of experience in quality inspection and/or auditing.
  • 3+ years of experience with drawing, reading and interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
