About The Position

The position provides Quality Engineering leadership to Conductor manufacturing, focusing on nonconformance and CAPA coordination, customer complaint investigations, process validations, and maintaining compliance with Teleflex policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification.
• 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated or medical industry.
• Knowledge of QSR, CFR, cGMP, and ISO regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Minitab and SAP ERP.
• Statistical Techniques (DOE, SPC, Gage R&R).
• ASQ Certified Quality Auditor highly desired.
• Design Control and Risk Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality activities related to Nonconformance (NC) and CAPA processing.
• Act as primary investigator for customer complaint investigations.
• Guide and review process validation protocol development.
• Lead quality and cost improvement projects.
• Review and approve Manufacturing Procedures and Quality Inspection Plans.
• Perform internal and process-related audits.
• Conduct Customer Product Specification reviews and initiate Engineering Change Notices.
• Perform QA training certifications for new Production operators.
• Support Engineering with quality planning and risk evaluation.
