About The Position

The End of Line Inspector is responsible for performing final quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company and customer standards before packaging and shipment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity and preventing defects from reaching customers. This is a temporary position and does not guarantee ongoing employment beyond the stated term. DSC was established in 1979 and has grown into a specialist in seat frames. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or quality inspection preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, or technical drawings (if applicable).
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Comfortable using gauges, calipers, or other inspection tools (training may be provided).
  • Good communication and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Disclosure: This is a temporary position. All employees for this role must be employed through Projob (staffing agency) during the duration of this project role.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or quality inspection preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of finished products at the end of the production line.
  • Verify products against quality standards, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Identify and document any non-conformances, defects, or deviations from standards.
  • Communicate defects to production and quality teams and assist in root cause analysis when required.
  • Complete inspection records, checklists, and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure defective or non-compliant products are quarantined and properly labeled.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement activities and suggest quality improvements when observed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
