  • Complex Problem Solving: Adept at resolving highly complex business challenges using advanced critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Performance Management: Experienced in conducting performance appraisals, managing rewards, and fostering employee development.
  • Negotiation: Effective in negotiating with senior leaders and stakeholders to advance organizational objectives and initiatives.
  • Operational Management: Capable of overseeing and optimizing daytoday operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Industry Expertise: Possesses deep knowledge of industry trends and commercial factors to inform strategic decisionmaking.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Quality Strategies: Formulates and implements comprehensive quality management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance: Leads the quality assurance processes to ensure products and services meet established standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Quality Team: Directs the recruitment, training, and performance management of the quality department staff.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Initiates and manages quality improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and product excellence.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Partners with executive leaders to integrate quality metrics into business performance and strategic planning.
