About The Position

Whirlpool is currently seeking a strong candidate for the role of Quality Data Analyst This role will be based onsite in Benton Harbor MI.
The Quality Data Analyst serves as the strategic link between field performance and engineering action by using the Apollo Early Warning System to detect quality regressions and prioritize technical solutions. You are responsible for transforming complex failure data into accurate project estimations and financial forecasts that drive the organization’s product improvement pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Product Testing or Root cause analysis and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Own signal detection screening, analysis, and presentation of regression risk areas for the dish team using the Apollo Early Warning tool
• Lead signals portion of weekly meetings with x-functional team
• Deep dive the data to help answer questions on where to work (investigate breakdown of failure by brand/model/component/part etc.)
• Assist in generation of new CAPAs and maintain CAPA information in the system
• Update identified signals risk profile and communicate changes monthly
• Verify projects effectiveness via Apollo Early Warning System
• Develop project estimation standard for Dish quality projects
• We need a consistent way to document our project estimations using data. These estimates impact our line of sight forecasts and are important for overall project prioritization
• Assist in management and upkeep of Project Onelist
• Help ensure Onelist PPM estimates and SOP dates are accurate to feed LOS
• Maintain Waldo Parts Return prioritization for Dish team
• Ensure we have the correct prioritization of parts to return to aid in problem solving and project pipeline generation
