About The Position

The Quality Data Analyst – Epic leads the design, development, and delivery of advanced analytics that directly influence quality performance, regulatory compliance, and value-based care outcomes. This role serves as the ambulatory quality reporting subject matter expert while performing core quality functions such as metric monitoring, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and staff education, and provides actionable insights for strategic and operational decisions across multiple departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Science, Nursing, Finance, or related field
• Five (5) years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, analytics, or informatics
• Current valid California Driver’s license
• Current and ongoing Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) that is insurable under Community Memorial Healthcare’s insurance coverages

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare
• Advanced Epic reporting skills and SQL proficiency
• Proficiency in Epic, Power BI/Tableau and statistical software (SAS, R, SPSS)
