About The Position

We are currently seeking a Quality Coordinator in Chicago, IL The Quality Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of duties supporting the corporate Quality Program including data analysis, curating documents to enhance the company's lesson sharing and process improvement initiatives. Requirements

  • Previous document control experience and process improvement processes is helpful
  • Some general construction knowledge is helpful
  • Self-starter who thrives with periodic change
  • Self-educator and learns from experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer savvy with experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Develop standard operating procedures, bulletins, and other lesson sharing documents
  • Ensure information is properly catalogued and curated
  • Updating of templates, examples, and procedures based on shared best practices
  • Studies document management systems to develop best practice trainings
  • Create and maintain data visuals and dashboards in Power BI
  • Conduct trainings and provide troubleshooting support on document management and lesson sharing systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication of company policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Other duties as requested
