Requirements
- High School education (or in-house training will be provided)
- Understanding of English with good grammar skills
- Intermediate typing proficiency, basic computer knowledge
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, written and verbal required
- Ability to multitask when the need arises
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or required.
- Understand and follow all company rules and regulations.
- Generate and issue certification to customers including supporting alternate organizational locations, as necessary.
- Scan and archive all issued customer certification copies into the operational database.
- Expedites, follows up and provides updates on all in process manufacturing work orders.
- Schedules pick-ups and deliveries of manufacturing work orders.
- Complete special projects for Quality Manager and/or designee as required.
