The Quality Coordinator does not own audits, investigations, or CAPA activities, but supports these processes through organization, scheduling, recordkeeping, and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related science field and at least 2 years Medical Device and or Pharmaceutical industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency using the Internet and Microsoft Office programs including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Manager.
  • Maintain quality records, logs, trackers, and reports.
  • Assist with document control and version management.
  • Support audit readiness activities by gathering documentation and coordinating schedules.
  • Track corrective actions and follow-up items as directed.
  • Maintain training records and compliance trackers.
  • Assist with coordinating quality-related training sessions.
  • Enter quality data and support preparation of routine reports.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Follow company, client, and departmental SOPs and policies.
  • Perform other quality-related administrative duties as assigned.
