The Quality Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Director(s) of Quality, Regulatory, and Safety at Hendrick Health by leading quality improvement programs and processes. This position involves data aggregation and analysis to promote best practices and evidence-based medicine, as well as participation in committees focused on Quality, Safety, Infection Prevention, and Performance Improvement initiatives. The Quality Coordinator collaborates with various stakeholders, including physicians and service line Registry Coordinators, to enhance hospital-wide quality improvement efforts.

  • Assist the Director(s) of Quality, Regulatory and Safety with leading quality improvement programs.
  • Aggregate and analyze data from various databases to support best practices.
  • Participate in committees and teams focused on Quality, Safety, Infection Prevention, and Performance Improvement initiatives.
  • Execute project tasks related to Performance Improvement across departments.
  • Assist with medical staff monitoring functions and hospital-wide quality improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with service line Registry Coordinators on patient registry and designation development.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and schedules related to quality initiatives.
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD, BSN).
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience in quality improvement processes in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
