The Quality Coordinator Tech C performs basic daily gage calibration and mastering, completing quality audits, and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other gaging as needed.
Performs a variety of quality checks on manufactured parts.
Reviews Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and communicates findings.
Communicates non-conforming product.
Generates and maintains documentation and revision control of quality related data.
Supports manufacturing functions related to quality including issuing quality alerts, creating visual standards, and tracking non-conforming materials.
Sets gauges and ensures they work properly.
Verifies calibration of gauge equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent education and experience.
Quality experience preferred.
Basic computer skills required.
Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.
