APPLICANTS MUST BE PERMANENT IN THE COMPUTER ASSOCIATE (SOFTWARE) TITLE The Office of Revenue Management & Development (ORMD) maximizes federal and state funding of HRA costs through the activities of developing revenue-enhancing initiatives and carrying out revenue-generating projects, savings millions of City tax levy dollars. The Division of Process Enhancement and Automation Division is comprised of three Divisions in the ongoing development and enhancement of complex systems and applications, integrated across a multiplatform environment to provide users with uniform, accurate, and sound data. The Division ensures the analysis and development of user-friendly, well documented integrated systems, which include contingency planning and troubleshooting functions to maintain critical applications uninterrupted. This involves development of both short-and-long term plans to employ cutting edge software and hardware technologies to enhance existing automated systems and introduce increasingly productive systems that will increase efficiency, ensure system security, reduce error, generate cost savings, and improve service to users and the public.
