About The Position

Wollam Construction in Utah is now hiring a skilled quality control manager. Our quality control managers inspect and evaluate the adequacy of work performed by craft, staff, and subcontractors that we work with. Quality control develops, implements, and administers the quality control (QC) plan for commercial, civil, industrial and heavy industrial construction projects in Utah & areas nearby.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate the adequacy of work performed by craft, staff, and subcontractors
• Develop, implement, and administer the quality control (QC) plan for construction projects
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with quality control standards
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality control issues
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols
• Conduct training and education on quality control procedures to staff and subcontractors
