Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) at Iron Mountain is dedicated to providing data center owners with maximally efficient and secure hardware decommissioning and destruction services. The Quality Control Tech will be responsible for insuring quality for a variety of electronics such as laptops, desktops, and consumer electronics.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of computer components required
  • Ability to work in a fast past environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to meet requirements for production and quality.
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to stay organized and desire to solve problems efficiently.
  • Must have strict attention to details.
  • Ability to maintain inventory accurately in assigned area.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 Ibs.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional experience troubleshooting and repairing computers is a PLUS, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Verifying condition and functionality of electronic devices.
  • Data entry into custom ERP system.
  • Proficient in Excel, and Outlook.
  • Other duties as assigned.
