About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Quality Control Technician to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a degree in Chemistry or a related field who are looking to begin their career in quality assurance and laboratory testing. The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards through routine testing, inspection, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of laboratory equipment and testing procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Internship or lab experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
• Familiarity with quality systems, GMP, or HACCP

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines during all testing activities
• Accurately document test results and maintain detailed records
• Identify and report any deviations from quality standards
• Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and support corrective actions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab and work areas
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with company standards
