About The Position

At our Henning Conagra Plant, we're producing PAM cooking spray which is a foundation to cooking, baking, or grilling a delicious meal. Reporting to the Team Lead Quality, you will perform physical testing of materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and specification standards at the Henning Conagra Plant. You will support the production of PAM cooking spray and partner with a team of over 150 associates to maintain product integrity throughout the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Overtime may be required to support production demand
• This is a physical role that includes lifting boxes up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, and frequent use of hands
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery, moving parts, noise, and varying temperatures
• Commitment to safety practices and use of provided personal protective equipment

Nice To Haves

• Previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform material and finished product testing to verify compliance with specifications.
• Educate production specialists on testing functions to support consistent product quality.
• Verify that material sampling and customer documentation are completed daily.
• Perform line checks during manufacturing to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Inspect and verify that ingredients and components meet specification requirements before use in production.
• Collaborate with all departments to support production demand while maintaining quality standards.
• Help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements.
