Requirements

Previous experience working in a manufacturing quality role preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer proficiency - working with Microsoft Excel and PC-based applications.
Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
Good organizational and troubleshooting skills.
Reading and interpreting analytical information.
High school diploma preferred.
Basic understanding of math, reading and writing.
Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Work safely in a material testing environment, maintaining excellent housekeeping whilst following appropriate safety, environment and risk management systems.
Understand and follow quality procedures to meet the requirements of quality standards relevant to the workplace.
Perform product tests following specified methodologies, such as Standard Operating Procedures.
Demonstrate technical competence in the use of specified instrumentation and analytical equipment, including calibration where required.
Produce reliable, accurate data and keep accurate records of the work undertaken and results within the organization's systems.
Maintain an orderly and administrative section for the department, including analysis, interpretation and evaluation data and identifying results that require further investigation.
Communicate testing information appropriately, including the use of Quality Data Analysis systems, either digital or paper based.
Recognize problems and apply appropriate methods to identify causes and achieve solutions.
Participate in continuous performance improvement.
Develop and apply theoretical knowledge of relevant science and technology required for the job role.
Understand the business environment in which the company operates including personal role within the organization, ethical practice and codes of conduct.
