Requirements

  • Experience in quality control, inspection, or a related technical field.
  • Knowledge of inspection tools, measurement methods, and QMS principles.
  • Ability to interpret specifications and follow standardized procedures.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to learning, development, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of incoming materials using defined tools and methods.
  • Record inspection results, measurements, and observations with accuracy.
  • Identify deviations and support non-conformance investigations.
  • Maintain organized inspection records and documentation.
  • Assist with First Article Inspections and PPAP-related activities.
  • Participate in supplier assessments and provide quality performance input.
  • Operate and maintain calibrated inspection equipment safely and effectively.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to strengthen continuous improvement efforts.
