Quality Control Technician
About The Position
Job Responsibilities: Prioritizes batches as they come into the lab. Reviews production batch tickets for errors. Reviews and analyzes production batches to ensure adherence to established quality control procedures and records inconsistencies. Makes recommendations for adjustment. Monitor available inventory levels for products needed for adjustments and make system adjustments for MO’s that require additions. Operate various testing equipment. Performs job according to pre-established safety, quality, and efficiency standard operating procedures Assists with other duties as directed by supervisor
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong basic math aptitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
Nice To Haves
- 2-4 years’ experience in a QC/Color laboratory or ink production manufacturing atmosphere.
- Color computer and theory experience.
- Microsoft office experience: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- M3 experience highly preferred.
- Industry specific knowledge and Nazdar specific product knowledge.
