About The Position
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable assembler with Quality Control (or QA Tech) experience who ensures products meet safety, compliance, and company standards by inspecting materials, conducting tests, and documenting results. Under the supervision of the department manager.
Requirements
- Measuring skills
- Blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Proficient in mathematics
- Ability to read and understand required documents-
- Proficient in personal computer skills & Auto CAD
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
Nice To Haves
- prior manufacturing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Fixture and tooling calibration.
- Receiving Inspection
- Drawing Rack Audits
- Quality audits of departmental manufacturing processes.
- Training Check Sheets
- Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR)
- Database Gatekeeper & data entry function: DA’s, 500 orders, CQR’s, MRN
- Process material rejection
- Functional knowledge and use of the inventory management system.
- Facilitate quality feedback to affected departments.
- Perform all tasks as necessary, assist in other areas as needed.
