Position Overview: Inspect Incoming materials, in-process assemblies and finish goods in compliance BOM,Specs/CAD drawings, SWI, Internal Quality Standard, IPC,PSCD etc. Able to read, interpret & understand CAD drawing/Specification, BOM, SWI, ECR content, PSCD (Product Specific Cosmetic Criteria) Knows how to use QC Inspection tools e.g. Calipers, Inspection templates and Functional testers e.g. power supply, antenna, cable tester etc. Knowledge & understanding of how to use and interpret AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) Sampling Table. Create and validate Quality Order, Non-conformance Issuance, Segregate nonconforming materials/product. Perform Change Over Check w/ Production Line Leaders Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) – both Raw and Finish goods

Requirements

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required; and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, gages etc.)
• Completed basic trainings of Dynamics, PLM system, ESD controls, 5S
• Able to constantly move about the facility.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. at any given time.
• Could be on your feet up to 8 hours a day.

Responsibilities
