Requirements
- Strong attention to detail to check the final product for imperfections and ensure correct dimensions for proper fit
- Ability to use and read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch with accuracy and precision
- Ability to exercise good judgement with final patterns and seams
- Proficient computer skills
- Individuals must have the ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs on a regular basis.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using hand power tools
- High school diploma
- Ability to read CAD and blueprints
Responsibilities
- Receive finished material, and perform verification that it has been produced as requested.
- Inspect all pieces to ensure that quality standards have been met.
- Minimize the appearance of chips, seams, and slight imperfections and re-finish edges
- Clean all pieces and record that checks have been made prior to staging it for a-frame loading.
- Communicate with the Manager throughout all work shifts
- Assist other departments within Production as needed.
- Communicate any problems or changes concerning equipment, products or safety with management
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Scan barcodes before starting and after completing of processes
- Pre-inspect materials before processing and double check material
- Pull measurements for accuracy
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
