About The Position
Seeking a Quality Control Technician with 1 - 2 years of manufacturing experience for a full‑time 12‑hour night shift role. This position ensures product quality through inspections, measurements, testing, and documentation. Requirements
- 2-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow documentation standards and Good Documentation Practices
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Experience with measurement tools preferred (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Responsibilities
- Perform in‑process and final inspections on parts, components, and production
- Use precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Conduct destructive and nondestructive testing
- Apply basic SPC techniques to monitor process performance
- Review batch records, logs, forms, and documentation for accuracy
- Train operators on inspection techniques and Good Documentation Practices
- Maintain a safe and compliant work area
