About The Position

Revolution is looking for a Quality Control Technician in Little Rock, AR. This role is responsible for overseeing the finished product of the operation. Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Control Technician oversees the quality of finished product and manages quality data and quality testing. Ensure health and safety standards are met. Conduct quality assessments on the finished product. Detect quality issues with the finished product and serve as the final checkpoint for finished product exiting the plant. Maintain communication channels with team members on duty. Data entry and management. Utilization of Microsoft suite applications. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment. Maintain detailed records and logs. Ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Three years of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• One year of quality experience in an industrial environment preferred
• Necessary math skills - Addition, subtraction, and multiplication to record accurate reports.
• Essential reading and writing skills.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Periodically lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Sometimes push up to 100 lbs. and move up to 900 lbs. using a pallet jack.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk for 8-12 hours.
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts; overtime when needed.
• Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.
