About The Position

Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client on their search for a Quality Control Technician at their Milwaukee WI facility. Requirements

• At least 4 years of US Military experience required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Required to have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strongly required: good understanding of chemistry and math.
• Good problem-solving skills are a must.
• Strong communication skills and customer service in a technical environment required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the construction industry and/or with building materials is highly preferred.
• Background in construction or building industry highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring the quality and compliance of products.
• Communicate and work collaboratively with on-site Production team to ensure any issues are discovered and resolved.
• Observe 3rd party testing on-site to ensure required compliance; assist Lab department as needed.
• Responsible for safety on job sites and in the yard.
• Assist drivers and help troubleshoot issues; help drivers in and out of buildings; assist in guidance of trucks in difficult situations.
