Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client on their search for a Quality Control Technician at their Milwaukee WI facility. Responsible for monitoring the quality and compliance of products.
Communicate and work collaboratively with on-site Production team to ensure any issues are discovered and resolved.
Observe 3rd party testing on-site to ensure required compliance; assist Lab department as needed.
Responsible for safety on job sites and in the yard.
Assist drivers and help troubleshoot issues; help drivers in and out of buildings; assist in guidance of trucks in difficult situations.

At least 4 years of US Military experience required.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Required to have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strongly required: good understanding of chemistry and math.
Good problem-solving skills are a must.
Strong communication skills and customer service in a technical environment required.

Experience in the construction industry and/or with building materials is highly preferred.
Background in construction or building industry highly preferred.
