The Quality Assurance Technician is a critical part of our logistics and support operations, responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality in our inventory and outbound shipments.

Requirements

  • Operating pallet jacks safely and effectively.
  • Using Excel and other software tools to organize and analyze data.
  • Responding to emails with professional and clear written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborative mindset with a customer-service focus
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to quality

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing (preferred, not required)
  • Familiarity with inventory management tools (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests.
  • Manage and track inventory with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Handle outbound shipments, ensuring precise picking, packing, and labeling.
  • Audit outbound shipments for compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain QA data and report findings to management daily.
  • Ensure timely deliveries in alignment with client Orientation dates.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and support safe disposal of equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Provide troubleshooting support where appropriate.
  • Utilize data entry systems for traceability and accuracy.
  • Liaise daily with Inventory teams across the NORAM region.
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts as directed by the Site Lead.
  • Coordinate shipping to NORAM and global locations.
  • Support other projects as assigned by management.
