Summary: Support production and engineering by ensuring products meet specifications. Experience with machining, blueprint interpretation, and proficiency in operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)is highly valued.

Requirements

  • Proficient in reading blueprints.
  • Experienced in using conventional measuring equipment.
  • Proficient with CMM equipment (Zeiss/Mitutoyo preferred).
  • Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • HS diploma or AA degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in quality control, preferably in manufacturing.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with machine tools, such as milling machines and lathes, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect products to ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
  • Perform measurements using equipment such as calipers, micrometers, profilometers, roughness testers, visual measurement systems, and others.
  • Conduct measurements using CMM and develop new measurement programs for CMM.
  • Perform tests, analyze results, generate detailed reports, and recommend machining adjustments.
