About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. You will play a key role in our commitment to delivering excellence.

Requirements

  • 6 months of quality inspection experience or 12 credit hours in quality technology from an accredited school.
  • Excellent visual and color acuity.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to learn and apply quality standards.
  • Proficiency in English for effective training and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Commit to meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production efficiency, and service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
  • Gain expertise in processes, equipment, materials, and products.
  • Perform routine quality inspections on semi-finished, finished, and printed products.
  • Conduct tests, document results, and recommend improvements for quality enhancement.
