About The Position
Processes and inspects, for form, fit, and function, product before shipment to customer. Verify incoming vendor supplied products for accuracy to supplied specifications and drawings.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent and minimum of one year quality control/quality assurance experience
- Advanced math skills
- Requires continuous on the job training that will lead to related certifications
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of all aspects of the company’s operations and customer history is a plus
Responsibilities
- Inspects product in development, during production, and in its completed state to ensure the product conforms to customer’s specifications.
- Assure that product measurements fall within very tight tolerances
- Assure products comply with customer specifications
- Maintains records for all inspected products
- Operates from specific and definite directions and instructions, under minimal supervision
