Job PurposeConducts evaluations and analyzes materials, products, and processes using Quality techniques and procedures at the Missouri Value Added Center (MOVAC).Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review non-conforming products for disposition (return to factory of origin, scrap, return to stock, etc.). Inspection of incoming batteries and/or components per predetermined sampling plans. Conducts measurement system analyses and capability studies of CTQ characteristics. Conducts calibrations for electrical and mechanical test and measurement equipment. Maintains calibration standards and inspection records. Perform inspections on purchased and manufactured products as required by quality control plans. Provides support and assistance in problem identification and resolution. Data entry in various applications (i.e. product disposition, scrap codes, etc.). Able to review data with site leadership. No supervisor responsibilities for this role.
