As a Quality Control Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of quality control production activities and the delivery of high-quality products. You will lead and coordinate a team of quality inspectors and technicians to provide support for the manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager, and you will work out of our Dayton, OH location on an onsite work schedule. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality plans, ensuring that all necessary quality audits and inspections are conducted to validate product performance. You will provide expertise and guidance to the team in conducting quality audits, analyzing data and driving continuous improvement initiatives.   • Lead, coordinate and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians

  • Drive a quality culture as a people leader to ensure the delivery of high-quality products
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality within manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a supervisor/lead within manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Ability to drive results and meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
