About The Position

The Quality Control Supervisor assists the Director of Housekeeping and Assistant Director of Housekeeping in supervising all housekeeping operations. This includes conducting daily room inspections to ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained in guest rooms and public areas. The role involves regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and brand standards. The supervisor is responsible for reporting maintenance issues, following up on outstanding requests, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma required.
• Two (2) years experience in Housekeeping operations required.
• One (1) year supervisory experience required.
• Certification of tuberculosis clearance required.
• Ability to complete HAZCOM/SDS Training.
• Ability to complete Blood Borne Pathogen Training required.

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
• CPR and Standard First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily room inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
• Inspect all guest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and public areas regularly to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Verify that all maintenance issues are reported.
• Follow up on outstanding maintenance requests and monitor their status.
• Re-inspect rooms after corrections have been made to ensure issues are resolved.
• Conduct weekly LQA inspections and provide ongoing feedback on job performance.
• Track recurring problems and identify training needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
• Minimize waste, misuse, or abuse of supplies and equipment.

Benefits
