About The Position

We are seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead the activities of our Quality Control (QC) team. This position plays a key role in ensuring product quality, supporting internal departments, and maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Quality, Business, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical proficiency in product evaluation and testing methods.
• Flexible, collaborative, and effective in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QC team, providing training, guidance, and performance oversight.
• Evaluate and test product quality to ensure all items meet company standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service to provide technical support and training.
• Interface with external vendors in a professional and collaborative manner.
• Recommend updates to testing methods, product specifications, and quality processes as needed.
• Stay current on industry standards and assist with periodic vendor evaluations and audits.
• Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints.
• Coordinate the provision of certifications, specifications, MSDS forms, and other regulatory documentation.
