About The Position
The Quality Control Supervisor oversees Quality Control activities across B&R Products’ manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards such as ISO 9001 and GMP. This role supports daily manufacturing operations, leads QC personnel, manages documentation, and supports audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in Quality Control within a regulated manufacturing environment required.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, CAPAs, audits, and quality systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and close CAPAs, deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready quality documentation and records.
- Support daily manufacturing operations with real-time quality decisions.
- Approve batches, production lines, line clearance, and cleaning verification.
- Review and approve Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and analytical data.
- Support environmental monitoring and water sampling activities.
- Prepare for and participate in internal, customer, and external audits.
- Conduct routine quality audits in Manufacturing and Operations.
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of the Quality Control team.
- Train personnel on quality procedures, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Support change control, continuous improvement, and risk-based decision-making.
- Has authority to stop production or place materials on hold when quality or safety is at risk.
