Role and Responsibilities: Quality Evaluation Workforce Management Provide on-the-job training to the operators Review quality control schedules and make suggestions on the labor plans to meet the scheduled requirements Manage attendance of operators Consult with production engineer/production engineering team manager or human resources to resolve employee relations problems for operators Appraise the operators' performance and give productive feedback Address complaints and resolve problems of operators Plan and arrange training schedule (basics of Quality Control, products information, safety training, instrument training) Quality Control Group Management and Operation Responsible for achieving, monitoring, and reporting quality operation status and key indicators Hold daily Tool Box Meetings every morning and assign tasks according to the quality control plans Confer with other shift leaders to coordinate activities in related departments Interpret company policies to operators and ensure that safety and process/quality policies are followed Recommend continuous improvement of testing method to improve quality and reduce cost Collet and voice opinions when the revision and/or establishment of new work procedures are needed PQC Operation Run, monitor, and supervise the quality control operations stated below Electrode: semi-finished products' size, properties, etc. Cell Assembly: sampling by production processes, issue assessment and verification, comparison X-ray image with the actual image, etc. Formation: property inspection by charging/discharging semi-finished and finished products, disassembling products, etc. Visual inspection: non-conformance inspection, disassembly, feedback, etc. Regular patrol and inspection: semi-finished product inspection Electrical properties inspection: ACIR (resistance, insulation resistance, capacity of charge/discharge, OCV) dimension Accepted semi-finished product inspection: standard conformity assessment based on the control plan Performance test Conduct additional inspection (checking electrical properties and dispersion) when defects were discovered after monitoring of inspection result OQC Operation Create inspection standard according to defined CP (Control Plan) Monitor and inspect the quality of selected finished products Insert tests results on WMS (Warehouse Management System When non-conforming material is detected, handle the material according to the non-conformity handling procedure Instrument Management Monitor the maintenance and operation status of measuring instrument Report incidents or malfunctions of instrument and inquire maintenance according to the trouble correspondence manual Calibration of instrument through outside vendor In case of model change, adjust equipment conditions and check the result meets requirement. Work Environment/Safety Management Monitor and support production environment improvement on light of 3R(Right material, Right quantity, Right position) and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) through regular patrol Responsible for on-site S.H.E management activities Other Tasks Assigned
