Detailed Tasks of the Role: Personnel management, including all related individual tasks (initiating disciplinary measures, employee appraisals, performance reviews, staff development, etc.) Ensuring effective workforce planning (vacation and shift scheduling) Participation in personnel and CAPEX planning Participation in handling customer complaints and deviations Independent, continuous development of the area of responsibility Taking responsibility for (partial) projects within a defined scope Ensuring continuous audit readiness Maintaining a trustworthy collaboration with internal and external interfaces (e.g., production departments, Technical Support, Customer Service, plant management, TCC/SEC) Independent compliance with standards, legal requirements (e.g., working hours act, occupational safety regulations), and internal company regulations (SOPs, works agreements, etc.)
