About The Position

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising and ensuring high-quality janitorial services across multiple client accounts within the same geographic area. This role conducts regular inspections, addresses quality and service issues, and works closely with onsite janitorial teams and operations leadership to ensure consistent service standards, client satisfaction, and contract compliance.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and ensure quality performance of janitorial services across multiple client accounts within an assigned geographic area
  • Conduct routine and spot inspections of client sites to verify cleanliness, safety, and adherence to service standards
  • Identify quality deficiencies, document findings, and implement corrective action plans
  • Coordinate with onsite supervisors and janitorial teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner
  • Serve as a quality point of contact for client concerns, feedback, and escalations
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and client-specific requirements
  • Track inspection results, trends, and recurring issues; provide reporting to operations leadership
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training of janitorial staff by reinforcing quality expectations
  • Partner with Operations to support staffing adjustments, retraining, or process improvements as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, corrective actions, and follow-up activities
  • Understands and complies with ParkX’s policies on calls outs, time off, and timeliness.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
